we added some "lights" so it would appear the background is almost at the surface
draw a rectangle and color it with the Color Mixer so that it is transparent but with slight white portions; use Tween Shape to change between two such fills; the result is great for our example
as you can see in our examples we have some pearls that blink; the idea is the same as in other earlier effects; create one blinking pearl, then multiply that Movie Clip from left to right, one-two instances per frame
