How to create a lake like water surface in Flash
for the mask we need to create a special Movie Clip; that movie clip would be a group of small circles; I have created those by drawing one circle then by using copy/paste I have populated all the stage (every time you have to copy all the circles, then paste, then copy again all of them and so on)
on the Mask Layer create a new Movie Clip, and inside move the circles up to down
you can also do the followings: you can move left-to right the masked image, the larger one, but just a bit
you can find your own ways to create a smoother effect but be careful because this effect uses a lot of the computers resources and because of that I wasn't able to really use this effect on an website
